Gym Near Bahria Town Phase 6
Boxing, weight loss and personal training for Phase 6 residents — from our branches at Phase 7 and Phase 8.
Raees Fitness & Boxing Gym serves Bahria Town Phase 6 from two branches inside Bahria Town — Phase 7 (Wallayat Complex, Emirates Plaza) and Phase 8 (Burj Ul Sadiq, Abu Baker Avenue) — both covered by one membership at the same rates. Open 24 hours a day six days a week, from Rs 4,500 a month, with coached boxing, MMA and karate every evening and ladies-only hours from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Phase 6 sits between the older phases and the newer ones, which puts it in a useful position: both of our branches are a realistic run, and neither is obviously the one to use. Members from Phase 6 tend to use both.
That is by design. The membership is with the gym rather than with an address, the rates are identical, and the coaching team works across both floors. Nobody from Phase 6 should be choosing a branch and then regretting it on the days traffic goes the other way.
Here is what runs at both, what it costs, and what joining from Phase 6 looks like in practice.

Why Phase 6 members join
Flexibility is the honest first answer. Two branches on one membership, both open around the clock on six days, means there is no combination of a bad day and a late finish that leaves you unable to train. For somebody in the middle of Bahria Town that is worth more than a slightly closer single gym.
The second is the coaching. An induction before you train alone, a written programme rather than a printed sheet, and trainer packages that put a coach on the floor with you for the whole session. Most of the local alternatives sell access; this is a different thing and it is priced separately.
The third is the boxing corner and the class timetable. Karate, boxing and MMA coached six days a week, with bags, pads and room to spar, and coaches who have fought. It is the part of the offer people come for and it is the part that is hardest to find elsewhere nearby.
And the fourth is that the prices are published. Every package and registration fee is on the pricing page, so you can work out the year before you speak to anybody.

Using both branches from Phase 6
This is the phase where using both genuinely makes sense. The rates are identical, the class times are the same, and the coaching team covers both floors, so switching costs you nothing and saves you the evenings where one direction is slow.
Phase 7 is the main branch and the larger floor — worth making your default if you mostly lift. Phase 8 is newer and on the Safari Valley side. Try both in your first fortnight and let your own week decide.

Who trains with us from Phase 6
Over 700 members train across the two branches each week, coming in from every phase of Bahria Town.
The Phase 6 group is the most evenly spread of any phase across what they train: strength, classes, weight loss and personal training in roughly similar numbers, rather than one dominant reason.
What they have in common is more often the schedule than the goal. People whose week is unpredictable enough that a single-branch, fixed-hours gym has failed them before, and who value not having to plan around a closing time.

What a written programme actually looks like
People hear "written programme" and picture a printed sheet of exercises. That is not it, and the difference is the entire value.
A programme starts with an assessment: what you can lift now, what you have injured before, how many days a week you will genuinely train, and what you are aiming at. Everything after that is built on those four answers, so two members with the same goal can end up with quite different blocks.
Then it sets progression, not just exercises. This weight for this many reps this week, and a rule for what happens next week if you hit it or miss it. That rule is what makes the difference between training and merely exercising, and it is what almost no free plan includes.
And it is recorded. Every session logged, reviewed at set intervals, so when a lift stalls the coach can see whether it is fatigue, technique, recovery or eating, instead of guessing. Most plateaus look mysterious from inside and obvious in the log.
If you already train and want to know what yours would look like, bring your current numbers to the free consultation. A coach will go through them with you whether or not you join.
What it costs over a year
Worth doing the arithmetic before you join anywhere, because monthly prices hide the real number.
On the strength floor at Rs 4,500 a month, a year is Rs 54,000. Taking six-month terms at Rs 24,900 brings it to Rs 49,800. The 12-month transformation membership is Rs 48,000, which works out at Rs 4,000 a month.
Adding the cardio zone changes the monthly to Rs 6,000, or Rs 33,000 for six months. Training with a coach on the floor is Rs 19,500 a month and is the one that genuinely changes what you get rather than what you can access.
The classes are priced separately because they are separate: Rs 10,000 a month for the boxing or MMA public class, with a one-off Rs 20,000 registration fee at the start. A couple or a group of five or more pays Rs 5,500 per person a month for the floor.
Every one of those figures is on the pricing page. If a gym will not tell you its rates before you visit, that is information too.
How long things actually take
Worth saying plainly, because the industry is built on implying otherwise. Nothing worth having here happens in six weeks.
Strength moves fastest. A beginner training properly three times a week will usually see their main lifts climb steadily for the first six to nine months, largely because the nervous system learns the movement before the muscle grows. That phase is enjoyable and it does end.
Visible muscle is slower — months, not weeks, and the amount gained in a good year is less than most people assume and more than enough to change how you look. Fat loss sits somewhere in between and depends far more on the eating than the training.
Boxing skill is slower still and does not run on a schedule. Some people look competent on the pads in three months; others take a year, and the ones who take a year are frequently better at eighteen months. Turning up is the variable that matters.
Anybody quoting you a number of kilos in a number of weeks is guessing or selling. What a coach can honestly give you is a realistic direction and a record that shows whether you are moving along it.
Why memberships lapse, and how to not
Most memberships die in the same three places, and all of them are avoidable if you know they are coming.
The first is week three, when the novelty is gone and the results are not visible yet. The fix is a written programme: on a bad day you still know exactly what to do, which removes the decision that motivation was supposed to make.
The second is the first genuinely busy fortnight at work. The fix is the hours — a floor open around the clock on six days means a missed evening becomes a late session rather than a lost week, and a lost week is usually what turns into a lost month.
The third is the first plateau, around month three or four, when the numbers stop moving and it starts to feel pointless. The fix is the log and a coach who reads it, because a plateau with a cause is a scheduling problem and a plateau without one feels like failure.
None of that is willpower. It is a plan, hours that fit your life, and somebody noticing when you are not there — which is most of what you are paying for beyond the equipment.
Changing gyms without losing what you built
Most people who switch gyms lose a month to the move, and almost none of it is necessary. The month goes on starting over: a new programme, new equipment, and the quiet decision to "see how it goes" for a few weeks.
Bring your numbers. Whatever you were lifting, however you were splitting the week, however long you had been at it. That information is the difference between a coach writing you a block that continues your training and one that guesses at a beginner programme you have outgrown.
Expect the equipment to be different, and expect that to move some numbers. A different bar, a different rack, a machine with a different angle — lifts can shift by a fair margin on setup alone. That is not lost strength, it is a changed movement, and it settles within a couple of weeks.
And give it a proper trial rather than a tentative one. Two or three full weeks of training the programme as written tells you far more about whether a gym suits you than a month of turning up occasionally to have a look.
What you are actually paying for
Strip away the marketing and a gym sells four things: equipment, hours, coaching and other people. Different gyms weight them differently, and the price makes sense only once you know which you are buying.
On equipment alone, a large commercial floor will usually beat us on count. On hours we are hard to beat: 24 a day on all six open days, at two branches. On coaching there is no comparison with a self-service floor, because that is a different product rather than a worse one.
And on other people — the classes, the coaches who know your name, the fact that somebody notices in week two when you stop coming — that is the part nobody puts on a price list and the part that decides whether the membership was worth anything.
What being between the phases is worth
Phase 6’s position means the nearest gym is rarely the only gym, and that changes how people choose. Instead of "what can I reach", the question becomes "what am I actually paying for", which is the better question.
For pure floor access, a local option is likely to win on convenience and price, and that is a reasonable outcome. Where we are worth the extra minutes is coaching, combat sport and hours — and if you want none of those three, we would rather you saved your money.

Questions
Gym near Bahria Town Phase 6 — FAQs
- Is there a Raees Fitness branch in Phase 6?
- No — the two branches are in Phase 7 (Wallayat Complex, Emirates Plaza) and Phase 8 (Burj Ul Sadiq, Abu Baker Avenue), both inside Bahria Town. One membership covers both, so from Phase 6 you can use whichever is easier on the day.
- Can I use both branches on one membership?
- Yes. Same rates, same coaching team, same class times at both. There is no transfer fee and no need to nominate a home branch.
- What does a year cost?
- On the strength floor, Rs 54,000 paid monthly, Rs 49,800 in six-month terms, or Rs 48,000 on the 12-month membership. Cardio included is Rs 6,000 a month. Classes are priced separately.
- Are you open 24 hours?
- Yes, 24 hours a day on all six open days. Closed on Sunday. Ladies-only hours are 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Do you write a programme or is it just gym access?
- Every member gets an induction. A written, supervised programme comes with the trainer packages — Rs 19,500 a month, or Rs 25,500 with cardio. Floor access on its own is exactly that, and priced accordingly.
- How do I start?
- Message on WhatsApp or call 0343 9542604 and arrange a free consultation with a coach. You can also just walk into either branch at any hour we are open.
- I already train elsewhere. Can you continue my programme?
- Yes, and it is much better than starting over. Bring your current numbers and your split to the free consultation. Expect some lifts to shift on different equipment — that is a changed movement rather than lost strength, and it settles in a couple of weeks.
- How long before I see results?
- Strength moves first, usually climbing steadily for six to nine months in a beginner training properly three times a week. Visible muscle takes months, and fat loss depends more on eating than training. Anyone quoting kilos in weeks is guessing.
Phase 6 is far enough from both branches to make you think about it and close enough that the answer is usually yes. The deciding factor tends to be whether you want coaching or access.
If it is coaching — or boxing, or a floor that is open whenever your week allows — come and look at both branches before you decide. The first conversation with a coach is free and there is no pressure attached to it.
And if the answer turns out to be that a closer gym covers what you need, that is a good outcome too. A membership you use beats a better one you drive past.
