Programme

Nutritional Guidance

Eating plans built around local food, not imported supplement lists.

You can out-eat any training programme. Most people who train hard for months and see nothing wrong in the gym are getting it wrong in the kitchen — usually by eating far less protein than they think, or by following a plan built around food they never actually buy.

Our coaches build the plan around what is in your kitchen. Roti, rice, daal, eggs, chicken, yoghurt — the targets are calories and protein, and the food is whatever you already cook. A plan you can follow on a normal Tuesday beats a perfect plan you abandon in a fortnight.

We are also straight with you about supplements. A few are worth the money, most are not, and none of them matter until the basics are in place.

Is it for you?

Getting started

How your first weeks look

  1. 1

    What you eat now

An honest look at a normal week of your eating — not a judgement, just a starting point.

  2. 2

    Targets, not menus

Calorie and protein targets for your goal, with a meal structure built on food you already buy.

  3. 3

    Monthly review

As your weight and training load move, the numbers move with them, so the plan never goes stale.

Questions

Before you sign up

Will I have to give up desi food?
No. The plan is built on it. Portions and protein change; the food does not have to.
Do I need supplements?
Usually no. Your coach will tell you which, if any, are worth buying for your goal — and which to skip.
Is this a separate fee?
Nutrition guidance comes with coached training. Ask at reception or on WhatsApp which package covers what you need.
